TCXO可以根據(jù)其設計方式和終端用戶的要求以各種包的形式提供。目前最常用的封裝是5.0mmx3.2mm和3.2mmx2.5mm tcxo。
離散型封裝通常用于較大尺寸,例如:7.0mmx5.0mm。這種單型封裝易于制造,因為它與傳統(tǒng)的XO(時鐘振蕩器)、VCXO(壓控晶體振蕩器)等類似,石英晶體諧振器和集成電路都在一個封裝中。
